In our opinion, every home and homeowner is different. So we create custom Home Care Plans for each of our customers. That said, there are a few standard services we include:

- Battery replacements (smoke detectors, thermostats) And more!

No, but during our initial conversation we do ask our customers to think through all their home needs, honey-do lists, etc. that we can tackle during our visit. More projects always come up, and we just want to be prepared with the right tools, materials, etc. to tackle everything on their list and make the best use of time (and money) for both of us.
We love this question! We use a modern text and email based application that allows our customers to receive quotes and approve quote, confirm scheduling, store completed services documents, and pay for invoice right from their phone. We accept all payment types and major credit cards.
Given that ServiceBros holds a Residential (BC-A) class contractors license, we could build you a home, but we prefer to stick to all the services you’ll need once your home is built (for now…). That said, we are ready and equipped to tackle remodels of all shapes and sizes.
